Golden Rules for Losing Weight

  • Drink Plenty of Water.
  • Don't Skip your BreakFast.
  • Add Veggies and Salads to your Diet.
  • Add Lemon / Ginger / Cinnamon Tea instead of Unhealthy Drinks.
  • Divide Your Food into 5 Meals and have it frequently.
  • Complete Your Dinner by 8PM.
  • Have a heavy BreakFast and Eat Less at Night.
  • Burn More Calories than You Eat.
  • Do at-least 30 Mins of Workouts to Stay Fit and Healthy.
