Basic Activities to Stay Healthy

Always Stay Hydrated.
Sleep for 6-8 hours a day.
Wash your hands.
Avoid Alcohol, Smoking, Caffeine and sugary drinks.
Stay active for atleast 30 mins per day. Regular workouts can help you to stay healthy and active.
Expose yourself in the morning sunlight.
Have a Healthy Diet.
Avoid Processed and unhealthy food.
Divide your 3 large meals into 5 or 6 small meals.
Don't Ever skip your Breakfast.
Complete your Dinner 2 hours before you go to bed.
